For some guests, drop-ins and memberships are enough. For others, there’s a specific season of life that calls for more structure, consistency, and support. Our Protocols are short‑term, high‑commitment plans that pair Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy with stacked core services in a simple rhythm, so you can feel supported from more than one direction.
Protocols are designed to complement the care you’re already receiving, not replace it. We always encourage you to stay connected with your existing providers.
Protocols are a better fit than memberships or day passes when you’re:
If you’re simply curious about our services, a Day Pass, Trial Package, or membership is usually the better starting point.
All three Protocols combine Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy with stacked core services. The difference is intensity and pace.
Who it’s for:
For a small group of guests, there are seasons when having full access to everything Ease offers for a short, concentrated period feels most supportive. Our Concierge Protocol is designed for those times.
This is our most immersive option: you’ll have the flexibility to use any of our services, as often as feels appropriate for you, over the course of one month. We’ll work with you to create a rhythm that feels spacious, not overwhelming.
What’s included:
Investment:
Concierge Month is intentionally limited to 4 guests at a time so we can maintain the level of support and space it requires.

Who it’s for:
Guests who want more guidance than single sessions, but don’t need the full intensity of a longer protocol. Protocols are meant to support you through a specific season. Once that season starts to ease, many guests don’t want to go back to ‘nothing’ – they simply want a lighter, more sustainable routine.
For most people, that looks like:
Our Unlimited Core Membership is often the simplest way to do that. It gives you ongoing access to our core services, so you can maintain your routine without having to think about individual session costs.
Q: Are Protocols right for everyone?
A: No. Many guests do well with memberships, packages, or occasional visits. Protocols are designed for a smaller group of people in specific seasons who feel ready for a higher level of structure and consistency.
Q: Do I need a referral?
A: You don’t need a referral to start a Protocol, but we encourage you to talk with your existing providers about any wellness plans you’re considering.
Q: Can I switch from Recovery 15 to Intensive 30?
A: In some cases, yes. If you’re partway through Recovery 15 and decide you’d benefit from extending your plan, we’ll walk through options to upgrade and clarify pricing before you commit.
Q: Can I pause my Protocol?
A: Life happens. If something unexpected comes up, talk with us as soon as possible so we can look at your schedule together and find the most supportive solution.
