Protcols At Ease

Focused support for important seasons of healing and recovery

For some guests, drop-ins and memberships are enough. For others, there’s a specific season of life that calls for more structure, consistency, and support. Our Protocols are short‑term, high‑commitment plans that pair Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy with stacked core services in a simple rhythm, so you can feel supported from more than one direction.

Protocols are designed to complement the care you’re already receiving, not replace it. We always encourage you to stay connected with your existing providers.

Who our Protocols are designed for

Protocols are a better fit than memberships or day passes when you’re:

  • Moving through a season of healing or recovery and want a consistent place to land each week
  • Preparing for or recovering from a procedure with guidance on how to use our services
  • Working through lingering effects after a major health event and want more structure than “come when you can”
  • Ready to commit to a clear plan for a set period of time, instead of wondering what to book next

If you’re simply curious about our services, a Day Pass, Trial Package, or membership is usually the better starting point.

Three clear paths, depending on your season

All three Protocols combine Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy with stacked core services. The difference is intensity and pace.

Concierge Protocol

  • Unlimited access to Elevated services
  • Unlimited access to Core services
  • Designed for monthly concentrated, repeated visits
  • Best for seasons when having full access to everything Ease offers for a short, concentrated period feels most supportive

Intensive 30 Protocol

  • 30 Hyperbaric sessions
  • 2 core services stacked with each visit (60 total core sessions)
  • Designed for 8–12 weeks of focused, frequent visits
  • Best for those in a more demanding season of recovery or support

Recovery 15 Protocol

  • 15 Hyperbaric sessions
  • 2 core services stacked with each visit (30 total core sessions)
  • Designed for 2–4 weeks of consistent visits
  • Best for those wanting a solid reset without the same level of intensity

Concierge Protocol

Complete access for an intentional month

Who it’s for:
For a small group of guests, there are seasons when having full access to everything Ease offers for a short, concentrated period feels most supportive. Our Concierge Protocol is designed for those times.

This is our most immersive option: you’ll have the flexibility to use any of our services, as often as feels appropriate for you, over the course of one month. We’ll work with you to create a rhythm that feels spacious, not overwhelming.

What’s included:

  • Unlimited access to all Elevate services, including Hyperbaric and Float
  • Unlimited access to all Core services
  • Priority booking support for scheduling
  • Simple guidelines so you can use the space in a way that matches your capacity

Investment:

  • Concierge Month: $3,997 for 1 month

Concierge Month is intentionally limited to 4 guests at a time so we can maintain the level of support and space it requires.

Recovery 15 – structured, but lighter

A shorter 2–4 week reset

Who it’s for:
Guests who want more guidance than single sessions, but don’t need the full intensity of a longer protocol. Often chosen for shorter recovery periods like cosmetic surgery or minor injuries, demanding seasons of life, or when you want to “test‑drive” a structured plan before committing to something bigger.

What’s included:

  • 15 Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy sessions
  • 2 stacked core services with each visit (30 total core sessions)
  • A simple 2–4 week plan built around your schedule
  • Check‑ins to adjust services as you move through the protocol

What a typical week can look like:

  • 3–4 visits per week, depending on your availability
  • Each visit includes one Hyperbaric session plus your chosen core pairing

Investment:

  • Pay in full: $1,500
  • Payment plan option: $1,650 total, split into scheduled installments

Just like with Intensive 30, we’ll talk through each option so you can decide what feels realistic for this season.

How the Protocol process works

  1. Conversation first
We start with a conversation about your goals, current care, energy levels, and schedule. This can happen at your first visit or over the phone.
  2. Collaborative planning
Together, we’ll map out visit frequency, service combinations, and timing that support you without feeling overwhelming.
  3. Clear next steps
Once you choose your Protocol and payment option, we book your first visits and walk you through what to bring, wear, and expect.
  4. Ongoing check‑ins
Throughout the Protocol, we’ll check in on how you’re feeling and adjust core services as needed.
  5. Transition out of the Protocol
As you complete your Protocol, we’ll help you shift into memberships or packages to maintain what you’ve built without the same intensity.

How To Maintain Your Results

After your Protocol: keeping your new rhythm going

Protocols are meant to support you through a specific season. Once that season starts to ease, many guests don’t want to go back to ‘nothing’ – they simply want a lighter, more sustainable routine.

For most people, that looks like:

  • Visiting Ease 1–3 times per week & stacking services
  • Choosing a few favorite services that help them feel most like themselves
  • Keeping a sense of structure without the intensity of a Protocol

Our Unlimited Core Membership is often the simplest way to do that. It gives you ongoing access to our core services, so you can maintain your routine without having to think about individual session costs.

Common Questions

Q: Are Protocols right for everyone?
A: No. Many guests do well with memberships, packages, or occasional visits. Protocols are designed for a smaller group of people in specific seasons who feel ready for a higher level of structure and consistency.

Q: Do I need a referral?
A: You don’t need a referral to start a Protocol, but we encourage you to talk with your existing providers about any wellness plans you’re considering.

Q: Can I switch from Recovery 15 to Intensive 30?
A: In some cases, yes. If you’re partway through Recovery 15 and decide you’d benefit from extending your plan, we’ll walk through options to upgrade and clarify pricing before you commit.

Q: Can I pause my Protocol?
A: Life happens. If something unexpected comes up, talk with us as soon as possible so we can look at your schedule together and find the most supportive solution.
