For the past couple weeks, I've been doing infrared sauna and red light sessions here - both separately and combined. It's been simultaneously relaxing and rejuvenating and I'm hoping to make a habit of it. Ease is a beautiful, serene yet unpretentious space within Sundara Wellness, which is perfect because I also take yoga classes there. I've booked a red light session before Julie's amazing yin yoga class this coming Tuesday and I'm really looking forward to it.

My first time trying the salt room and hyperbaric oxygen sessions, and I’m hooked! Everything was explained clearly, so I felt comfortable and could just relax and enjoy the experience. I left feeling refreshed and will definitely be back—I’m even signing up for a membership. Excited to explore more of their services!

I’ve been to Ease Wellness now 3 times, and the treatments and hospitality are always top notch! The facility is clean and tranquil, and Josh is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. I go to Sundara regularly for PT, so I love the serene space already. I did the compression and infrared sauna (for the first time). I loved being able to chill and have my own space to play music/meditate. Afterwards I used the shower and loved the toiletries they had just in case you didn't bring your own. I did have a question on using it and was in a robe, so had to wait until the end to ask, so that's the only issue is just having to go downstairs if you need something. I found myself feeling energized after the sauna, which also wasn't as hot as traditional ones, but I did still sweat! I will definitely come back.

The salt booth is my favorite for when I’m not feeling well. It’s the only thing that makes me feel better for allergies, colds and when my immunity is low. I’m so grateful for them, their kind staff and so many modalities to choose from to help me feel my best!

The entire experience was wonderful. Location was easy to find. The space has a friendly, warm & relaxed vibe. Josh has a friendly smile that immediately calms any anxiety you may have about trying something new. He makes sure you are comfortable. He reassures you that he is near if you need him. I did hyperbaric therapy . Space was bigger than I anticipated which was nice. An hour of quiet was just a bonus. Breathing 100% oxygen felt incredible. I could feel my cells felt as if they were dancing with joy . This lasted about 30 mins after I left. It’s a great feeling knowing I did something great for my body. I highly recommend this and any other treatments they offer.

We love this place! Our son was sick with an URI and we did the salt booth and he improved so much. He slept great and his cough improved a ton immediately after and went away the next day! Would def recommend!

I have been to Ease Wellness twice so far for the hyperbaric chamber and it has been wonderful! The space is beautiful and has a very tranquil feel. It is brand new and looks and feels like it, it’s pristine. There is a very calming energy to the entire establishment, no matter which room you eee in. It is also QUIET, and smells so good and clean- think peppermint essential oil!
The employees are all so kind, friendly and professional. It really felt like an exclusive experience and the services they provide are so wonderful and valuable. I am so looking forward to my next experience here!
