Very clean very relaxing. First time in the infrared sauna I did not think I was gonna sweat that much from the first five minutes by the last 10 minutes, I was drenched. Very clean area to shower afterwards, and the owner was very nice and knowledgeable and willing to explain all that was to offer at this establishment I will be coming back.

I have loved every time I come to this place. I have done red light therapy and it’s definitely a very good complement for my Pilates, acupuncture and nutrition. I also camed with my baby to the salt booth for one session and it was great. The person at the front desk is very knowledgeable and kind. We will definitely come back.

He explained what happens well and it was a peaceful 30 minutes helping circulate my blood flow while pregnant. Hope to be back to try some of their other services too!

I loved how easy it was to set up this appointment. Even though they did not have the exact time listed online I called and they arranged it so I could have this treatment prior to my next appointment at Sundara. I tried the compression therapy in hopes it would help me heal from a bad concussion. The therapy was easy and relaxing, I even dozed off. The best part was and the next couple of days the ability to do large number math skills easily in my head. started to return! My head feels clearer, have a little more energy and I think it has made a huge difference in my healing. Bonus was they even told me how to get my next session of a different therapy for free.🎉 😍

My daughter and her teammate have enjoyed the benefits of the salt booth and cold plunge. They are sprinters on their high school track and field team. Staff informed then of great benefits of the salt booth to maximize their performance and the cold plunge for recovery. They PR'd in their events and love their visit!! Great customer service 10/10 recommend!

I've had everything from contrast, float, and red light therapy at this wellness spa- and I loved everything about it. I love that the IR Sauna has a shower in the room for a quick rinse after a session. Now that they are located near me in midtown, I will be back as much as possible.

I have been to Ease Wellness truce so far for the hyperbaric chamber and it has been wonderful! The space is beautiful and has a very tranquil feel. It is brand new and looks and feels like it, it’s pristine. There is a very calming energy to the entire establishment, no matter which room you eee in. It is also QUIET, and smells so good and clean- think peppermint essential oil!
The employees are all so kind, friendly and professional. It really felt like an exclusive experience and the services they provide are so wonderful and valuable. I am so looking forward to my next experience here!
