Underrated gem of a place!

My daughter and I tried a salt booth session for sinus congestion and saw immediate results. Booking was quick and easy. Customer service was kind and thorough. Cost is reasonable.

I absolutely enjoyed the sauna it was amazing I've never sweated so much in my life I felt so much better I felt I had energy and I felt relaxed at the same time I did not feel tired at all I recommend this to everyone I can't wait to my next session

What a freezing and great experience! I only lasted a max 1:20 but the result has lasted for hours. I workout every single day so need a lot of help recovering— the cold plunge experience at Ease in Sundara’s beautiful space was perfect. I could go at my own pace in a clean, well-done facility! Towels/robes are provided. Can’t wait to come back 😀

I have been to Ease Wellness twice so far for the hyperbaric chamber and it has been wonderful! The space is beautiful and has a very tranquil feel. It is brand new and looks and feels like it, it’s pristine. There is a very calming energy to the entire establishment, no matter which room you eee in. It is also QUIET, and smells so good and clean- think peppermint essential oil!
The employees are all so kind, friendly and professional. It really felt like an exclusive experience and the services they provide are so wonderful and valuable. I am so looking forward to my next experience here!

This was my first time at Ease Wellness and I absolutely loved it. The sauna room had a personal shower to rinse off, robes, towels, and plenty of ammenities. They offer such a wide range of services, a relaxing experience, and in a great central location.

What a beautiful experience! Everything about my visit to Sundara was so peaceful. 30 minutes in the infrared sauna was just what I needed. Next up will be red light therapy. They have so much to offer! Highly recommend!

Josh is a pleasingly kind and hospitable person as he knows how to talk to people that are going through a lot in life. This spa owner has welcomed our family into his spa and atttentive to our needs. He returns calls proptely encouraging service in a kind way. He makes us feel relaed and I know my husband, who is diabled, left felling refreshed He has personalized our plan and he doe not penalize us for getting off task and help us reachour goals. That is good equitable business practices. We are excited to see further results of the hyperbaric oxygen chamber.

This spa is one of Memphis' most prized hidden gems. I was surprised to see such a nice facility with clean shiny floors, bright lighting, fresh paint and city decor but also with a relaxing ambiance. It was quiet and sophisticated. The host took his time to work with us one on one with so much patience and care. He was not rude as he welcomed us. I was surprised that he was so gentle and soft spoken with me and the disabled. I will be going back many times. I appreciate your hospitality and the hyperbaric oxygen chamber. He assisted with the disabled in more ways than one making accommodations and modifications. This hyperbaric therapy should work towards helping with severe healing and pain that is associated with stroke and paralysis and skin issue.

O M G!!! This was indeed a great experience!!! Josh was so helpful! My husband and I went together as I had this on my “things to do by 40” list as my birthday approaches. Josh gave suggestions on attire to what to expect.

There was some confusion as friends wanted to schedule but Josh offered for them to join later that day.

We definitely plan to return! Very clean and inviting space. Josh gave us privacy to make the experience our own and take our time!

Had my first session in the Hyperbaric Chamber on yesterday. I was very nervous. The staff was very patient, kind and walked me there the entire process. I absolutely felt better after completing the service and will definitely return l.

I've had two Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy sessions and recently had an Infrared Sauna session. I've enjoyed both options and look forward to trying their other offerings. The space is peaceful and inviting. Online scheduling is easy and Josh is always kind, patient and helpful.

After a serious concussion from hitting my head three times in 20 minutes, I woke up on the bathroom floor at work disoriented and unable to see my fingertips. In the months that followed, I struggled with memory, mental math (especially currency conversion for travel), fatigue, disrupted sleep, low mood, brain fog, and even lost hunger, thirst, and menstrual cues. I was physically and mentally drained.

I had seen some improvement with compression therapy, but I was still far from myself.

In May 2025, I tried the hyperbaric chamber. I was a little nervous—being slightly claustrophobic—but the space inside was much roomier than expected. With a fan blowing and the encouragement of my mom and son on the phone, I made it through the full session. Once pressurized, it was surprisingly comfortable—I could have fallen asleep!

The results were almost immediate: my head felt clearer, my thinking sharper, and my mental math began to return. I had the energy to walk 4,000 steps that evening and slept better than I had in months. Since then, my energy has been up and mood calm even through high stressful days—and I’ve made huge progress with spring cleaning at home, something I hadn’t had the capacity for in ages.

I also recently broke my tailbone, and after learning that the hyperbaric chamber can support bone healing too, I’m even more motivated to continue. I’ll be doing the recommended five sessions and updating my progress. I highly recommend the hyperbaric chamber to anyone facing similar challenges.

This was my first visit to Ease Wellness, and I was really impressed. I tried the infrared sauna, salt booth, and red light therapy (all for the first time) and left feeling incredibly relaxed and refreshed.

I had some chest congestion going in, and the next day, I was surprised at how much had cleared up. The salt booth in particular felt soothing, and the combination of everything seemed to really help my body reset.

The space is calm, clean, and beautifully designed. The staff was welcoming and explained everything clearly, which made the whole experience really smooth and enjoyable.
